Who is eligible to be considered as a Hero?
All nominees must be at least 18 years of age at the time of nomination and must have been in business or executing the service for which they are being nominated for a period of 12 months or more. Self-nominations will not be accepted.
How will I know if my hero is selected?
Both you and your nominee will be contacted by a Supreme Ventures Group staff member for an preliminary interview if your nominee has been shortlisted. Neither you nor your nominee will be asked to provide sensitive personal information over the phone.
What if I don't know my nominee's address, email and telephone number?
Correct contact information is crucial so that we may contact you and your nominee in time for the selection process. Please make every effort to obtain and submit it with your nomination.
May I nominate my hero more than once?
Multiple nominations will not help the nominee’s chances but only delay the selection process. Please refrain from submitting the same nomination more than once.
When do applications close?
Applications close May 23, 2022.
May I submit additional supporting information about my nominee?
There’s space at the end of the form to provide links to articles or websites with more information about your hero.
Please do not submit sensitive information about yourself or your nominee.
