Responsibility : • Identify/Recruit suitable Retailers for regional growth • Maximize the revenue potential of SVG Retailers within assigned region • Foster a supportive relationship with SVG Retailers encouraging adherence to the company’s minimum standards at the locations, maintaining the company’s strong image • Responsible for monitoring activities daily for assigned region and make recommendations for improvement to Manager • Monitor sales trends and payment history for Retailers in area assigned • Responsible for ensuring that customer queries/issues received are processed within the quality standards set by SVG • Provide support to the Finance Department though calls and/or visits to suppressed or challenging Retailers • Assist with ‘on the ground’ training of Retailers/Operators when necessary • Prepare monthly reports with information acquired from field. Responsibility : • Facilitate the preparation and documentation the required licences to operate the respective units within the Supreme Ventures Group are renewed by the responsible parties on a timely basis. Licenses for SVL, PSJL, must be reviewed for validity. • Directly responsible for the renewal of the following licences that govern the operation of PSJL. - License to operate Premises & Gaming machines - Spirit /Club - Fire Certification - Public Health certificate - Places of Amusement - Importation Permit (New) - Signage (New) - Licencing of Betting Lounge/Office & Outlet (New) - Trade Licence. • Facilitate compliance audits for all units within the Supreme Ventures Group to include quarterly inspections of all Lottery agents & sub agents, OTB, Just Bet Offices and gaming lounges for areas assigned. Summarize on a weekly basis findings in a clear and concise written report for Manager’s review. • Facilitates and document random inspections, to include all point of sale activity that are carried out by the varied regulatory authority ( BGLC, Health, Parish Council etc) that governs all activities within the Supreme Ventures Group. - Provides ongoing compliance reports in addition to periodic and ad-hoc reports on a regular basis to the Group Compliance Manager as agreed and required. - Serves as a resource for the varied units across the SVL Group in addressing compliance issues. - Investigates and reports all issues of non-compliance immediately to the Compliance Manager for handling. - Maintains a thorough knowledge of all Regulatory Acts, Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures to include keeping abreast of all amendments as outlined by the varied regulatory authority under whose guidelines Supreme Ventures Group operates. - Conduct and provide guidance relating to BGLC Acts where applicable. • Other duties as assigned by the Compliance Manager • Verify lottery winner’s information in accordance with the Standard of Operating procedures. • Represent the business unit on assignments associated with the Draw activities like Seal Audit and Ball Weighting and any other duties. • Verify and check monthly Gross Percentage Tax Reading with the respective finance representative to ensure that taxes are remitted in a timely manner in accordance with law. • Conduct random Compliance Site Inspections at SVL Group locations to maintain adherence with the rules and regulations of the licences. Report all non- compliance findings directly to Compliance Manager. • Monitor, analyze, interpret and report on online gaming system breach associated with Anti Money Laundering procedures by file Suspicious Transaction Report to the Designated Authority. • Monitor and set threshold for new lottery agents in accordance with the companies polices. • Escalate any concerns relating to reputation risk to alleviate penalty fees from the BGLC.

Responsibility : • Observe guests on the gaming floor and ensure the proper functioning of all slot machines. • Provide assistance with Jackpot payouts • Inspect, maintain and repair all gaming devices and associated equipment • Respond to calls on the casino floor in a timely manner and perform minor repairs. Machines that require to be pulled apart should be done during non-operational hours. • Answer patrons’ questions about gaming machine operations and confidently explain pay tables. Offer alternative game options if patrons are dissatisfied because they may not be winning. • Patrol assigned areas to ensure that players are following rules and that machines are functioning correctly. Monitor patron activities to identify problems or potential problems. • Perform preventative maintenance on all slot and multiplayer games. • Record the specifics of malfunctioning machines and document malfunctions needing repair. • Represent facility professionally and positively • Ensure replacement parts stock are monitored and inform Technical Supervisor when items need to be ordered. • Ensure compliance of rules, regulations and policies as it relates to the repair/removal of machines. • Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move items weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
